Diaz & Wright, PLLC, is hiring a Family and Estate Attorney to handle the growing case load in rural central Texas. This job will provide immediate courtroom and casework in the areas of family law, child protective service cases, and estate planning. We expect the person to commit to working for the firm for at least four years and be able to handle a dynamic and growing case load. The person should possess grit and a desire to be in court and work with clients in the community.
Diaz & Wright, PLLC expects this position to be able to research and develop case information, evidence, and settlement options; track cases; handle trial preparations; advocate in court; and work with paralegals/office staff.
Diaz & Wright, PLLC is a rural-based law firm in Central Texas that holds multiple government contracts for judicial services, government representation, federal public defense, state public defense, guardian ad litem (probate), and guardian ad litem (CPS). Additionally, we have retained clients in federal and state courts, with appearances in over 100 Texas counties.
Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Texas or be waiting for July 2025 Bar results.
